I'm wondering what people change during a days racing as the grip comes up? I race on carpet through the winter and the grip improves with each run. At the start of the day the rear of the car can be a bit loose, but by the end of the meeting it will be pretty much nailed down. I'm running a T4 with kit carpet setup, except for 1,000cst oil in the gear diff and the diff is also in the up position. Would you start the day by laying the rear shocks down, then raising them as the grip comes up? |

And in case of upcoming traction rolling you can run anti-dive. (-0.75mm/0mm with +2° caster blocks) |

Usually the 1000 cst rear diff oil is too soft for high traction as the car will not have enough on-power steering. Try between 2 and 3000, this is what we are using for most conditions now. |
