I would be most grateful if someone could advise me on the set-up for the ESC for a WET (no puddles) asphalt track when using a Tekin RS Pro with an LRP X12 13.5T motor. Regards and Many thanks |

Hi Skiddins Many thanks - I found your mechanical set-up very useful but would like some help with the Tekin RS Pro settings for a wet (no puddles) asphalt track so if anyone has some Tekin data they are willing to share I would be most grateful. You can always PM me. Thanks! |

Hi Dellboy, my standard move is to dial in 20% negative throttle curve on the transmitter. I guess using a less agressive setting on the Tekin throttle profile would do a similar thing too but I have never tried that. |

Hi Yellowshark - good advice. What about current setting, boost and turbo? Should these remain the same? Thanks and regards |

I leave them as is. Whether that is good or bad I have no idea If I were still having trouble putting the power down, I think my next step would be to add a tooth or two to the pinion. I suppose I might also reduce the boost rev range by 1 or 2 K. I believe, although I am not sure on this, that bringing the timing in earlier would reduce the torque (probably depends on the motor as to whether this is a good idea). |
