Hi, I was at a big indoor meeting at the weekend on a large indoor track using sorex 32 with prima gt carpet, The grip is medium, The problem was my car was near perfect but on the fast sweeper the rear end would have a tendency to break away on entrance to the sweeper, There were quite a few of us having the same issue, Anyone got any tips to stable the rear on fast sweepers but keep it good on the rest of the track? My setup was kit apart from this list alloy shocks with 1.1 holes and 450 oil 2.8 springs at the front Rear shocks in middle hole Ecs drive shafts Front gear diff with putty Servo mount Thin 1.6 top deck Zero shims on Ackerman And short upper camberlinks on rear I was wondering if running thicker oil in rear gear diff would help because im using 700 cst oil Thanks for any help |

Hi Martin I assume you meant EWS  I was also occasionally having the same problem. It seemed that if my line into the sweeper was correct I could hold full power, but any other line and/or coming off power the back would try to come round. Here's my final? Here was my setup; |

Try a 1.4 rear sway-bar. It should keep the car planted on entry to the sweeper. Try also to use the kit topdeck, should make it smoother all around and less twitchy mid corner. |

Cheers Alex. I tried the standard top deck in the final and I found I lost to much steering but the rear still broke away on the sweeper but I will try the sway bar next time |
