XRAY - Model racing cars

I just rebuilt my shocks and now having a problem with ride height. When the shock collar is fully undone the ride height is sitting at 5/6mm . Shouldn't this make the chassis touch the floor :S ? I adjusted my downstops, have I done something wrong ?

edit: sorted, measured the downstops from the bottom of the c hubs and not the suspension arms

which springs do u use? well if your ride height is at least 5mm, than it is fine, we use 5-5.2mm ride height always
