Thanks for the replies. Not what I was after unfortunately. Need 30mm foams for rear and 26 on front, 40 sh / 30 sh . Seems quite hard to find somewhere with a good stock online. I'll keep looking ![]() |

We ran an NT1 for several years. You are correct in saying that you need 30mm rear and 26mm front. A good starting point is 40 shore (hardness) rear and 37 shore front or perhaps 37 shore rear and 35 shore front - as the weather is getting cooler. The thing to remember is how much the tyres will wear in a 10 minute or 20 minute final. We used Enneti from Andy at RC Direct and found them very good for wear and grip. I am sure Contact from Mike Manning at Yeovil Models will be a good tyre also as Mike is a very experienced racer. Don't forget to have a 2mm split in diameter between the fronts and rears, ie. fronts are 2mm smaller. We used to cut our tyres to 63mm rear and 61mm front when new. Seems a big waste but the car doean't function too well if you use the size straight out of the box. Good luck! |
