Hi, I run 6 front and 5 rear downstop with 2,5 chassis. with 2mm chassis which value should I have, 6,5 and 5,5 or 5,5 and 4,5 please ? Please explain me the reason why? |

To have the same droop as before, 5.5 and 4.5 Because you are measuring droop from the same place but you have 'removed' 0.5mm of chassis, so the droop has to come down by 0.5mm also |

Surely you need to run the same droop but then adjust the ride height to be equal as before? |

I would like to comment sensibly but this one but it is doing my brain in without having the car in front of me ![]() One thing is for sure, with the same ride height the thinner chassis is going to have all the heavy bits .5mm closer to the ground which at least theoretically will affect handliing, without adding in the droop question. |

Shouldn't you be adding 0.5mm downstop value instead of removing? Assuming you'll be running the same rideheight, the 0.5mm removed from the surface of the chassis will allow the arms to travel downwards more. |
