In asphat when the track is low grip, is better more o less rebound? in the front or in the rear?

What do you think about it? And on carpet is different?

For some conditions such as low traction asphalt, more rebound will make the car feel more direct and like it has more traction. However, for most conditions I prefer to use very little rebound. Between 2 and 0mm.
