Could anyone explain me his building technic to get free lower arms with the minimum play between them and roll center plastic blocks?

You need to get a 3mm reamer to open the holes for the pivot pins very slightly.

If the problem is the spacers are too tight then you need to try pushing the roll centre mounts apart while tightening them up.

I pinch the blocks together while tightening the screws, then hit the arms from both sides with the big end of a wrench, to free the arm, if nothing is bent or warped with the correct shims, this will results in a free and tight arm. If you run the car once and the arms develop a lot of play chances are the RC holders need to be replaced.
