I am normaly running sorex 28 on low grip carpet. Have lately been using LRP/Nosram carpet additive, 1 hour in the rear and various time in the front depending on track layout - this is the best i have tried so far. Mighty gripper v2 has just come to my attention, anybody know what i could expect from this? I am basically looking for more overall grip ![]() |

Hello Stusdal. I too use the lrp carpet additive. But I think the most of drivers use cs high grip additive on carpet. I put the additive 20min before race. It would be enough. Regards. |

I have tried CS as well - and often use that on higher grip carpet, but i find LRP/Nosram to generate a bit more grip and thus work better for the low grip conditions. Started with one hour treatment after reading a post on here by Martin (i think) and, that has been sucsessfull. Now only wondering how Mighty Gripper v2 will work compared to this. |

I have not experience with mighty gripper v2. Ok, you say that lrp additive is better on low grip carpet conditions, good ! However, I think normally the carpet has low grip first day race. Then the track is going have more grip. |

The most traction provides LRP additive. For low traction, use it for 1 hour in the rear and 30 minutes in the front. When the traction increases, use 30min rear and 10min front. When the traction is high and car is too difficult to drive, than change to CS high grip. It has less traction but makes the car more smooth and more consistant |

Thank you very much Martin. When you use the additive 1 hour before. You have to put additive again? before finish the 1hour? or only put 1 time 1 hour before? |

Hello Martin, why do you apply additive to the rear tyres 30 mins before the front? Does this not make the car understeer? Thanks Paul Pinkney |

This is not a carpet question, but also about tire additive. I am looking for a new additive for a medium grip asphalt track. What is to your opinion a good choice? I am using the Sorex 32 schumacher tire. What about the much-more nano asphalt? tnx |
