hi!

by using 2mm chassis we have to need to use 0.5mm shims under all lower suspension blocks to to keep the same roll center height.

under the bulkheads we dont need 0.5mm shims? or have we to shim 0.5mm at the alu upper clamp to keep the right height?

thx for an info.

best regards
mario

Short answer: there are 3 ways for exactly the same rollcenters as with 2.5mm:

1) 0.5mm shims under every part which is screwed to the chassis
2) increase ride height by 0.5mm
3) 0.5mm shims under the rollcenter holders, 0.5mm under the upper inner rollcenter holders

as every thing sits on the top of the chassis plate all the roll centres remain the same, the gap between the chassis and track increases by .5mm.
what your saying is every time you alter your ride height you alter your roll centres anyway!
