It's time to replace my T3 chassis and I'm wondering what path to take. 1) replace with like for like - new xray t3 chassis 2) upgrade to t3'11 chassis. This would also involve new top deck, steering system, and lip battery backstops. About twice the cost of (1). 3) upgrade to the zeppin t3'11 chassis. Similar path to (2), but only slightly more expensive than (1). 4) upgrade to t3'12 chassis. I haven't looked into whether this is a real path and whether it would be more costly than (2). 5) are there other options? Choices, choices.... ![]() |

Lol. think (4) is my preferred option depending on costs. Anybody know what parts I need to convert a t3 kit to run on a t3'12 chassis? |

If the car is going to be for your son like said in your other thread he is going to be Learning so wont need the expensive cost of updating to T3'12. I would just replace the chassis with the smokem plate. Best value and IMO the best of the aftermarket chassis for the T3. |

Don't get the Zeppin one. on Carpet you have lots of trouble with set-up. Furthermore with high traction Zeppin Chassis ist the ULTIMATE TOP DECK KILLER ![]() Zeppin is for a beginner with a small slow motor on low traction asphalt only |
