hi guys, i just completed fixing up T3, when i try to input throttle and steer left & right, there are vibrations on the front drive shafts and axles. i have checked and it seems caused by the dowel pin keeps loosen itself when in rotation. hope some guys can give advice... many thanks. |

your wheels are turning to much i use 75% in steer rate its good for me and ive enough steer rate |

Using the pins with the flat spot or filing a flat spot in the normal pins is a good idea too |

hi guys... thanks for the kind replies and advice. i have applied loctite on the set screws, the chattering still occuring. or maybe i have to do a test run ? the vibrations are huge which makes me wonder should i test run it on track... have a nice day guys.. |

The only thing that could help you to get rid of that chattering when using standard CVDs would be setting the steering in a way that both front wheels would have the same amount of steering. That would be a very, very bad thing and would end up in almost no steering at all. So no problem with the chattering. Also it just happens when steering more than 50% maybe and the wheels lifted. No problem on track at all. |

i have steer rate at 75% and everything is ok |
