Hi guys... I'm currently running on the Xray T3 car... I recently bought the Tekin RS Pro/Redline 10.5T combo and i'm wondering which would be the perfect gearing for the car? I was told by someone that the car will run good with a final drive ration of 5.5:1, is that correct? I did some simple calculation and 110 spur with 38 pinion will be the closest to that... Is that right at all? Thanks. |

it depands on track ask some guys on track what FDR do they have |

I'm no expert but I would guess gearing being a consideration between maximum FDR that you are allowed, my max for example is 3.500,for the super stock series here in Denmark. We run outside on asphalt tracks. And Motor temperature that your motor can safely handle... Figure out these two things and you're golden. |

If your running turbo/boost I'd recommend somewhere around 7.6FDR. If your not running turbo/boost I go with the recommended 5.5FDR. Cheers Andrew |
