indoors on carpet, ardent raceway will be my most regular. medium sized 12.8 second laps. need more grunt out of the corner, sp is probably too smooth indoors?

i did not ride sp 13.5r on indor carpet track
lets start with original set up
and then "play" with your set up
read whole set up book
its useful:)

If your new to Xray then ..

I would suggest putting a setscrew into the unused hole in your rear uprights (where the camber links mounts) if you have not done so already. This will beef up the one weak point in the car (IMO).

I'm not sure if the newer kits come with the CVD pins that have flat spots (running update?), if not get yourself some of those or use a tool to grind a flat spot into the pin yourself. With the standard shafts, they never come out.

Being from the US, the DUO 3 based motors are great for spec classes (13.5, 17.5) with lots of torque. I don't know why but I don't hear that much about them from across the pond.

For ardent raceway, a popular setup is usually the Tekin and Nosram PureEvo / LRP X12 13.5T setup.
Mines quite a monster out of the corners, GM Speedo/Motor Combo seem to give a bit more of a kick up the bum onto the straight though.
Then again im running moderate settings for the infield and quite a lump of turbo for the straight.

Im usually over at Ardent a couple meets a month, so may bump into you.
