Surprised this hasn't been discussed yet, but some interesting parts on the xray cars in the pits at the EC warm up

Yeh, its good to see Xray test a lot of different ideas at these events.

Martin has been busy on the CAD by the looks of it at the factory

Bottom chassis looks very interesting

i saw they are testing new shocks.

martin should put in the new chassis new servo post hole

and he should give wider main plate:)

if you have more space you will be able to move more electronics

guys do not forget that the width of the chassis has huge effect on car performance, if it is too narrow, it push because too much flex, if it is too wide, than it is too stiff and there is no traction.

Yeah little busy, already tested three different chassis designs since that time but always same or very similar lap times as with standard one.

Wooo Hoo hopefully T3 2012 will come out soon

Is the exotek conversion chassis good? the ones with the different servo mount position?

i've managed to get 3 servo posts in mine! one to hold the servo in, another at the front of the servo and another at the back to stop it moving when under load. got a grub screw in both the front and back ones to fine tune the "grab". also got servo tape, but trust me, my servo is moving nowhere!!

will try n get some pics up at the weekend.
