Hi what distance should be between spur and pinion gear? photo should be good and some numbers:P |

I normally use a peice of paper between the gears this is the correct distance |

just put a piece of paper between the two gears and push it together, cigarette paper works best |

Another method is to fit it snug with one tooth higher than you want, then put on the pinion you want. Works first time everytime, although personally I prefer it just a tad looser than I get from that method and use my eyes  . But if you are starting out it is fine.
