Hi Guys what is the difference between the two graphite front arms and similar for the rear?

The newer graphite arms were redesigned to allow mounting of optional #302190 graphite plate front or #303190 graphite plate rear, the new arms include 4 reinforced holes.

Thanks so the part number ending in 9 has the holes for the graphite plates?
