Now i know that the T3'11 comes with 350wt oil, but all the set-ups I have seen on the forum set-ups page for high grip carpet seems to point towards 450 - 500wt oil. I also read that the first round ETS, when the t3'11 was new - the set up was not so good - assuming kit '350 oil' was used. |

Hi, Which track will you be racing at in the UK? What would you say the grip level is like? A lot of the team setups are with the aluminium shocks with 1.1 x 3 hole pistons... The kit comes with plastic shocks with 0.9 x 3 hole so I would suggest running a little thinner to get a comparable damping effect. I would say 350-400 is a good starting point for most tracks with the kit shocks. Hope this helps, Phil Chambers XRAY UK |

Hi, when the traction is low - we use 350 when is medium - 400-500 when is high - 600 but only on carpet At ETS we were using 550 because the car with those tires was stopping too much and therefore harder oil helped with this problem |

Martin, are you going to be at polish ETS round in warsaw because i need help with the car, it is oversteer all time i've tried evrything, softer springs and others. Best effect was when i put a lot softer compound to rear, like F 32 R 24 . but other drivers with other models was driving on 32 tyres all the car. ![]() ![]() |

Marek, Yes I will be there, so you can come to see me From what I read, if you want to make the car stable, use same tires in front and rear. Soft shock oil creates even more over steering problem Solutions: decrease the amount of steering on your radio (when is high traction, I use 25 degrees) put steering exponential on the radio (I use from -8 to -20 on high traction) use the front additive only for short time (2-5min) and leave the 1/4th of the tire without additive (outside side) put harder shock oil into the front (when my car oversteers, I use 600cst in the front and 500cst in the rear) remove the shims on steering plate put H roll centers in the front and use 2.5-3mm shim between C-hub and the upper linkage put 6.4 downstop into the front use upper arm roll center in the front All these changes will make the car easier to drive |
