Post subject: | How do you prepare your tires? |
Hi everyone ![]() I have been mostly racing with foams on nitro and when it comes to rubber tires on my evo2, I am quite clueless on how to treat them correctly with additives for racing. I have seen the incredible traction a properly treated set can give and sure would like get my tires to perform like this for the season ahead. The track that I race on is asphalt, nitro cars are not allowed and is generally clean. The air temperature easily starts from 30degrees celsius onwards in the morning to 36degrees celsius in the afternoon. The combination of Sorex 40R and Type C Medium insert has proven to be a good choice for this track. Assuming that the Paragon FX2 additive is used, how do I go about preparing the rubber tires for a qualifying run? Appreciate your advice guys, thank you! ![]() |
