Hi, I have a 008 that I have run for the first time, indoors on carpet. I am impressed with the speed over a TC4 that I was running previous, but didnt like the way it handled. I got it off one of the top drivers at my club so thought the handling would be ok or some where near. He does run his cars quite loose at the rear and looks like hes on the ragged edge. Would it be best to go to the basic rubber tyres on carpet setup and start from there as I know that one guys setup may not suit another? He wasnt there this week so couldnt ask him. |

Go back to kit. I used a 009 indoor on carpet yesterday (first time out with an xray and first time on the rug this year), set it all to kit apart from shocks and springs (set it to how I liked it on my schumacher). made a few amendments to suit my style of driving. Finnished 2nd and 3rd in the A using basically Kit. So its a pretty good base to work from. Looking forward to my T3 now
