Hi, I seem to have a lot of slot/play in my steering and it's a pain when trying to set the toe. I've shimmed the bearings on the servo saver with 0.5mm top and bottom which seems to of helped but there's still some play there. Any idea's where the slop/play is coming from and how do I get rid of it ? Thanks. |

Pop the ball cups off of the ball ends at any locations that are loose. Place a sheet of cellophane over the ball and press the ball cup back on. Hold tightly and tear away the surplus cellophane. The cellophane should take up the surplus space in the ball cup without binding. Use thin cellophane like Saran Wrap. Keep a supply in your pit box. |
