1.i don't think that it change many on the car, normally you get a little bit less grip on that part of the car where you add the shim, but on the track i don't think you feel a difference. 2. roll center -0,75 more grip on that part of the car, 0 best starting point & most used. +0,75 less grip on that part, when you use it in front, car feels more direct. 3. on technical tracks move theme up, on long and fast tracks i often run the diff/spool on down position. when you run rear/down and front/up you get less steering on corner exit, which is often used in modified to go earlier on power. when you run front/down and rear/up you get more turn-in on corner entry
