Post subject:  T2R Pro with forward motor conversion

Hi,

I wondered if any one could help, I have just bought the forward motor mount kit for my T2R Pro. Everything fits apart from the diff covers as they bind with the composite diff out drives. Having loked it over the 38t pulley is narrower than the 34t T2R Pro pulley but the instructions clearly state it fits the T2R Pro with no extra mods.

IS it me!!!!! have I missed some thing???

thanks in advance

M

You have to use same diff pulleys, the conversion includes 38T pulley so you have to use also 38T pulley in your diff.

Hi, I am using everything in the Kit, including the 38T pulleys, the problem is the pulley is narrower than the 34t pulley the T2R Pro comes with some when I fit the Diff Covers they bind on the composite diff halves.

Don't know what to do really as I bought the kit because it clearly states it can be used with the T2R Pro,

Any ideas??? :?:

While you have the composite diff in the car and you need to replace 34T pulley for the 38T pulley than you have to use same cover as on front solid axle. So you have to purchase #305058 or #305158 where are included the narrow covers and these you have to use on the composite diff.
