I know this is a very broad subject but I want to check in because I may be missing some key information. I have heard through forums and articles that foams will provide the most traction. However, I have not been able to acheive that on my track. I run on a sealed, smooth and flat asphalt track. I have had excellent traction results with some rubber tires but have had no success with foams. It is night and day between foams and rubber. I skate all over the track with the foams. How can they possibly be superior to rubber? what am I missing? I have tried treating the foam tires with paragon traction compound, but it didn't help.
