I ran my 008 on a tight indoor track about 20 x 12 mts. With an LRP stock spec and Novak ballistic 17.5. FDR of 10.5. To get there I had to change the internal ratio to 2.3:1

Hi Guys Im new to xray and wonder if you can help I have a 009 which I race on carpet on a tight track with one long straight and was wondering what FDR I should be looking at. Im running a Losi speedo and 17.5t motor combo, I ran on 5.7 tonight and the motor got a little hot ! Cheers Alan |

Hi Great I ran it at 5.7 and the motor got very hot and went bang ! I must have geared it wrong as I wasnt sure what gearing to use. Cheers Alan |
