I drilled a 1.1 mm hole. See pictures for location (red dot) Disassemble the shocks and drill the hole in the composite part. Entry point Exit point And leave the foam out. When closing the shock have the piston fully in. Maybe you need to bleed once but then you got rebound 0-25% |

Great news to hear you have succeeded, I keep a set of drilled caps in my spares box but have very rarely used them. Did you try drilling with the foam inserts also? Bet them shocks are silky smooth now! |
