please check mine, Teemu`s, Alex`s, Freddy`s set up sheet from DHI. All our cars were working great with these tires. Maybe try also other set. I found that these tires differ from set to set. At the DHI cup I had a problem with traction in first rounds of qualifiers. Whatever I changed on car, the result was same. Then I tried other set and times improved 0.3 sec per lap and suddenly I had too much traction |

Thats exactly what I found martin changing the setup made NO difference to the car. I tried it back on Sorex and car was back on form. Thanks for the info i'll download the sheet. It's intresting you are finding the same issues as us. We also notice tyre wear rate is very poor and in some cases only last a meet. How long did the sets last for you guys ? |

Hmmm, that strange because what I found is that they last quite long but of course it depends on the carpet type as well as on carpet traction. In your case, I believe that you had bad luck with the choice of the set. What I found that tires are not good when they are new but from 2nd round up to 30, the performance is same. How the tires wear? Does the tire creates groove on the inside side of the tire? |
