Mdoc - I have a 04 FK. It will flip without impact. Once the belt gets some runs on it the original twist (new out the bag) becomes more pronounced
and it will flip. Seems to happen sooner with 19t and lower motors.

ALBERTO - Not sure on how the servo saver could be put in wrong unless you mean offset to the right instead of the left.

The belt always flips around the diff and never on the layshaft.

It sounds to me like you have your belt set too loose. If it can flip it can skip! The belts twisting a bit should be no problem unless you try to run them too loose.

I heard the bulk heads will be attached is this true

have you checked the pulleys

when ever i change the belts i change the pulleys as this is a major part to the cars efficiency they may not look to worn but this could be why
