I've tried to order the 99t xray spur from several shops around the country, but they haven't been able to get any from RC America.

If you are having trouble finding the XRay spur in the US even with RC America's help you can try The Border in The Netherlands:

TeamGP.......yep......fought that same problem with the shock ball end length after changing setups myself. Good thing Xray Factory Driver Jilles Groskamp was there to help with my scenario. Nice to have people around that know these things especially while you are at a national event.

Whats really interesting is that our local track, where I raced yesterday, is not as grippy as the track where I fixed my droop problem on Friday. So I still ended up having the rear end come around a little when carrying too much corner speed, but I fought through it during the day. I'm not sure if it was because of the droop or something else, but I'm going to investigate this week. Good news is that a new local track (Debbies RC World) has open up and you can practice anytime the store is open all week. It has brand new carpet that lacks good traction, but that should push me even more to find the rear traction that I need.
