Martin,

Your advise on changes in setup on carpet tracks as above is also applicable on tarmac/asphalt tracks with low to very low grip?

If not which things would you suggest?

Use the shorter camber link on a low carpet track... Never try, but isn't it more difficult to drive than the stock carpet setup ( t3 2012 ) ?

Next week end i will have a practice for the first round of national french on carpet with Ride 36. With these inapropriate tyres i have to find a setup with better overal grip than the stock setup.

Is the LRP carpet 2 additive better than the cs high grip when the traction is bad ?

The LRP Cartpet provides more traction than CS, so I would use that one. IF the traction is really low, put the additive for 60 minutes in the rear and 30 minutes for front.

I would start with basic set up but instead of middle linkages, I would use short ones as you get more overall traction. Put the rear diff into low position, you get much more on power traction and car would be more stable. Maybe try 3.5 toe in in the rear.
