Hi Tony,

Thanks for the reply - I will try it out.

Another question: The track i race on has two tight hairpins - and on exit the inner front wheel chatters.

What could i do to prevent this?

check your cvds for worn or broken parts, if bad replace, if good turn down epa.

that's what i suspected initially. but the car handled pretty well through the turns.
in the past, when i've had problems with rear diff being loose, the car tended to oversteer.

Yes, you can use diff from T1M on your T2 car.

just wanted to ask xray why solid-oneway is rarely use by racers?
I've read through the thread and look at some set-ups mostly they used either oneway or spool. I have been racing with my T2 and I really like the car. I've used spool, oneway and solid one-way, From the three I say i can drive better with the solid-oneway. I wonder why only a few would run sol-oneway? even our local xray racers won't run sol-oneway.

Just a guess since my local club limits us exclusively to slipper diffs, but,
solid-one-way = free wheel when off power and the wheels both rotate the same when turning the corners.

This yields 3 results, 1st it should tend to push a little which would explain it being easier to drive, 2nd it does not roll through the turns as fast which is why the pros don't run it and 3rd it reduces braking which means you can't run it as hard into the turns.
