Hy at all,

my problem is that the cars from other drivers in my club can make a quicker directional change.
My car is a T3 2011
In chicanes i need to much time respectively the other cars are quicker when the change from left to right,
Of emotional i say the setup is not so bad but the Asso and HB drivers car are much quicker then my car.
I lost 0,4-0,8 seconds by 18 seconds round time.
My setup:
I had 2.8 Springs in the front and rear,
Downstop 6 & 5
450cst Shock Oil inside 4 holes in the front and rear
New Bulkhead Clamps Front F2 & R2 without shims, outside shims in the front 1mm and rear 4mm
New Xray diff with 3000 cst in the rear
Anti Roll bar standard
Ackermann shim 1mm
Tires are Sorex 36, Fluid MR33 30 minutes by 60 degree.
I drive with SP 4.5 T and Speedo also SP.
When i try it with moore steering then is the problem oversteering in the rear on mid & output curves.
Some ideas what i can try?

Hi Chris,

to me it's the 3000cst oil in the diff. Those who run the gear diff at our track use 800 to 1500cst only. Also I would make the car a little 'harder' in the front than it's in the rear generally. Maybe try the 3-hole pistons in the front.

make harder rear anti roll bar
use this outside position(for high-traction)
use thicker oil in rear(60W or 65W)

3.0 springs in front

if it does not work try to raise roll center in rear

I found that my car was better through the fast chicane at Aldershot when I made the rear upper links shorter, particularly the rear.

Yesterday i tried harter Spring in the front, other diff oil and other Oil in the shock absorber and it works. I was 0,3 seconds faster.

Hello Chrisi,

I learn much about fast directions change, because I run since years ago with foam tyres on carpet.

For start try to do this:

In shock 3 piston holes
Oil more thick in front shocks

And the best setup for handling to get quick steering response is the springs shock. Try to put in front more hard that in rear, for example 3.2 in front, and 2.6 in rear.
