XRAY - Model racing cars

Guys,

been a little unhappy with my car recently so stripped it back, rebuilt it and started from scratch!

Went for a practice day yesterday, put the car on the track - felt awesome! loads of grip, car went exactly where it should do, no apparent push and no losing the back end (as I had been doing recently).

The problem is, my lap times are not where they should be - upto 0.3-0.4 secs down on what I have done previously with a car that didnt feel right!

The track is mid-technical high grip carpet, I've posted my setup here:



Any suggestions on how I could "loosen" up the a bit, I think I was actually bogging the car down a bit, losing me time in the process.

1. less holes in piston mabye 2

2. same thick oil in shocks

3. 4.8 down stop rear and 6.2 front

4. 1-2 mm ackerman shims

5. l1/l2 front, H1/H2 rear

6, more camber in front

7, more dual rate at radio
