XRAY - Model racing cars

Hi,

Got a question on how to use the table correctly. eg, If I had oversteer (back spins out) off throttle at corner entry and mid corner looking at the table it says the first thing to change is tyres and anti-roll bars so not including tyres does this mean I should change the front and back anti roll bars as the table has a 1 under the front and rear sections. Does that make sense ? I'm not looking for suggestions on what to change on the car but how to use the reference table correctly.
