XRAY - Model racing cars

hello have just built and tested the t3 by doing a circle diameter steering test....
i have set maximum steering using the following epa settings to get the same steering both ways
right 85
left 70
as i would never probably use so much steering, would you say this is an issue at all???

i think my EPA's are about 75 left and 83 right and the car is perfect

i think it is something to do with the servo horn position on the car but unsure

It is important that you have max throw to both sides. Most times it is not the same % on your transmitter as the linkage between servo and servo saver is not symmetric. you have to adjust both sides seperate so that the steering arm just touches the c hub at max throw. This is the same for all current TCs.

thanks for the very simple explanation david....and have set both epa's so they just hit the hubs evenly..so it looks like all i have to worry about now is dual rate...correct???

i have found that with a sub trim setting on a radio you get the tie rods the same or near perfect
