Is there a shorter drive axle available? I am talking about the #305341 drive axles on my T3 being too long.

Has anyone shortened these units?

What do you mean by too long?

Do you mean that the thread exceed the nut? The axle has longer thread so extra ofset on the wheel hub can be used.

Martin,

Yes, I would appreciate a shorter drive axle so it does not stick out beyond the wheel so much on my T3 EU. We run 190mm wide maximum; so, the extra thread length is not needed.

A shorter drive axle would be a nice option part that I am willing to pay for. Otherwise, I plan to trim the stock ones down by 2-3mm. Thank you for your consideration.

Bill...(actually another Martin)
