Thanks. It is for a new body. Seems VTA bodies need longer posts than TC bodies. In the front I was off by one hole

If length is the problem, it seems that the shock mount hole layout may be somewhat standardized between brands. I know that I have some HPI (sorry don't know the part numbers - had them for years) rear body mount posts that are 3 inches long and will mount perfectly to the T1/T2 shock towers. Might check with your local hobby shops if the XRay units are too short to see what you can find that will work for you.

They won't be too short when I have new ones. My old ones were cut down so there is only 1 hole above the one the body clip goes into. I hate the look of long body posts.
