Hmn interesting we thinks! This will stiffen the front suspension reducing grip and promote understeer.
We normally do the opposite, reducing the front oil effective thickness by opening a hole thus speeding the spring compressionan and thus the weight transfer to the front to increase the intial grip.

how was your race Mark ?

did you try new asphalt top deck?

At the Reedy race this year I needd a bit more turn in. I did the sway bar like you did but found the if I stiffing the rear sway bar by moving the top mount 1mm at a time the car would turn in better and carry corner speed. hope this helps you out as I used your 1/12 scale setup and builds all the time
