rcflyers: Try to take very little grease and build the diff again, often people use to much grease and build up a big pressure inside the diff and that can sometimes make the diff very hard. Sometimes i use no grease at all and the diff gets fantastic. Also, when you use less grease the diff doesn´t collect as much dust and you can run it longer before rebuild.

Also, i haven´t notice any problem with the lube. What´s the problem with it??

Thanks Joel, I just stripped and cleaned and lightly re-lubed diff and it now feels much better thanks.
