XRAY - Model racing cars

Having just purchased and built an XrayT2R, I went to my local club raceway to try it out. Apart from the rear diff being too loose the car felt good. Several small adjustments and I was ready to race. The car was a gun straight out of the box for the first 3 races placing me in second place for the finals. 2 laps into the first final my car was undrivable due to a collapsed bearing in the rear hub. On further inspection 3 other bearings were tight or seized. I was very disapointed that a new kit would have this type of problem. Is there a problem with the design of these bearings as I have been racing for over 25 years and have never had this happen before.

use a really thing knife to get the blue seals off
try not to bend them. though this is difficult
wash out the bearings throughly with some bearing blaster.
put a bit of really thing oil on the them (one maybe two drops)
then put the blue seal back on and gently press into place (they should sort of click into place)

Thank you to all of the replys and help Here is what I have found.
Having removed the blue seals from the bearings that were not seized, I noticed that there were rubbing mark's on the inside of the seal:o. It looks to me that the seal is rubbing up against the cage of the ball carrier. I have checked all of the other bearings and found similar marks. This does not leave me full of confidence even with the lube
The rest of the car is fantastic but I feel that something should be done with the bearings to rectify this manufacturing problem. I have been racing RC cars both Off and On-road for over 20 years now and have never had a problem that is as wide spread as these bearings. the odd problem is to be expected but not all of the bearings.

I've actually tried that, with the XRAY bearings, but didn't notice any difference in lap times.

Well I have followed all of the instructions and suggestions and reinstalled all the bearings. The car feels okay on the bench now to try it out on the track this weekend. I'll let you know if there were any improvements.

Well the results are in on the latest raceday. After replacing the seized bearings with new ones that had been cleaned and oiled, I qualified the car in 3rd spot for the finals. The car went well but 2 more bearings felt gritty and were replaced before they failed during the heats.
In total 4 of the re-oiled bearings failed. Last of the finals car stopped 2 laps from the end of the race with a stripped spur gear.
Cause? You guessed it seized bearings.
I have now replacer all of the bearings with aftermarket ones. Raced the car for 3 more batteries , not one failure lap times exactly the same.
I will not be using the kit bearings in my car again.
