XRAY - Model racing cars

i have a brand new xray 007 and i cant get the chassis to sit flat on the hudy board once all the screws are tightend up. if i drill out the holes on the topdecks a little will that help? ive tried all your methods of removing it and even rebuilt the car but still a little wobble when you put it on the droop gauges and you see a little light under the rear right where the block sits, also at the front.
one point is the topdeck isnt 100% flat on the hudy board its kind of like a banana but obviously not as extreme but it isnt flat i dunno if everyones is like that. i never had this with the T2 and even when it got a little tweak i could sort it but this is driving me insane! please help team guys lol.
I use a mip tweak station and ive checked all the shock lenghs and rebound is perfect also droop is fine but it so far off on the tweak station its untrue.

Well, obviously the top deck should be flat. To check whether that is the problem remove the servo saver bearing holder and mount the top deck upside down. If the top deck is the cause the tweak should now be reversed. If so, contact info@teamxray.com to have the top deck problem resolved.

Check back here if the tweak stays the same or is gone because then you have a different problem.

i tried flipping the topdeck over last night and it improved the problem but it was still slightly there. so i drilled out all the holes in it a small amount to 3mm incase then wernt perfect and that has pretty much sorted it to be honest. ill see what happens after i run it tomorow.

Also i have measured the bulkheads width front to back with digital calipers and they are fine so i can rule out the bulkheads being bent.

have you guys got anything else for me to try or is a case of sending it back?

When you tighten the screws on the top deck, do you have a battery in the car?

A few months ago I had also a ever returning tweak. Finally I found out that on of the was bend. And that gave the tweak.

yeah ive had one before on the old T2, but this is a brand new car out the box. im gonna get my hands on one of the tweak plates as above, thanks for the link.
