XRAY - Model racing cars

I have a T1FK05. I have only one issue. The suspension arms are a bit too snug. When I built the kit, they were real real tight. I polished the hinge pins, and used a dab of lube, to get them fairly free. I figured they would loosen up on there own after a few runs. Seems that after 10-12 runs, they are still real snug.

What methods are others using to ensure perfectly free arm movement ? I have considered getting a slightly over-sized pin reamer...

you should try your local J&L industrial suppy store. they should have what you are looking for.
take your hinge pin with you and ask for a reamer a coulpe tenths bigger.

a trick you can do is to stick the hinge pin in a dremel and then spin it while it is in the arm. You need to spin it so it just melts the plastic then quickly dump it in cold water to cool it. If you get it right the plastic will remould to the shape of the hinge pin and it will be ultra free with 0 slop. Just dont move the hinge pin around while spining it in the arm cause you might build a bit of toe into it. Dont put to much heat into it either, just enough so it softens up the inside of the hole, not melts the crap out of it.
