I have had the same problem and have tried stainless steel screws.Everytime I tear the car down I get stripped heads on the screws.I use nothing but Hudy wrenches.I even tried diff lube on the chasis but nothing has worked.The screws in my case do not get stuck on the bulk head but the chasis itself.I have gotten all but one screw out of a bulk head and even got that screw loose from the bulk head but the screw was stuck to the chasis so much I had to use a hammer to tap it out.Please help?

Not yet but I will on my new chasis.How will that help if the screws get stuck to the chasis.

The CA will coat the screw hole in the chassis and keep the screw from sticking to it.
