Hi,
I race on an asphalt track with medium grip here in Australia, sometimes the day will start off cool and progressively get warmer through the day and as the track heats up the grip drops off
What would be some of the setup changes made to compensate for the progressively
lower grip levels?

Hi

Have you tried going harder with your diff fluid?

As track temps rise usually tires tend to overheat more

So my tip would be

Harder diff fluid

Lighter shock oil and or/spring

More uptravel in front and rear suspension to generate less heat in tires!

Try the optional narrow offset -0.75mm which greatly helps for warm track temps too!

Would lowering the roll centres by lowering the wishbones help as it would give the car more roll and use the tyres less?

So going lighter oil and or Spring will initially give less grip but will stop tyres generating heat into the run?
