What effect have the team drivers found when moving the entire chassis forward using the wheelbase settings?

I notice that on some recent setups the front wishbones are moved rearwards (2mm in front) and the rear wishbones are also moved rearward (also 2mm in front of them)

I found it gives good drive forward and traction when i tried it at ews. I think after this event Alex also tried it and found similar effect.

Struggled a bit with graphite arms at EWS, never felt confident with it and seemed to lack a lot of traction.
