I want to ask before storage the used tires, if we can clean it first with brake cleaner let the dry for a minute then apply additive and then wrap it with kitchen membrane??
Also can we do it with new tires??

I all ready know this way but I was thinking if I was apply some additive on and then store them so it will keep it wet and fresh

I was told or read somewhere that bagging up wet tyres can affect the glue.

I wouldn't bag them up with additive on, the additive may continue to eat into the tyres the whole time and leave them useless.

Just store them dry.
