im into 13.5T boost category. Currently im using Orca TX 13.5 motor couple with Orca VXX Esc. Can i know what is the optimum setup for the ESC for maximum power?

Buy application called Setup Station. There you can find how you can do an initial esc setup
It should give you a ball park on what to do and gives you plenty of power to win
