Hi, I've been using the floating servo mount on the t3 12 and was told that you are better off sticking the servo down as the mount tends to move slightly.

When sticking the servo down do I use the standard kit posts then put a 1mm shim under it so there's room for the double sided or should I use the already raised post that come with the floating mount?

Either way will work - the raised post or 1mm shim underneath, if you are using a thick double sided tape.
