just fitted XRay 306220 T3 Centre Servo Mount Set to my 2012 found steering changed on set up guages had to reajust radio to centralise is this normal ?

im about to get one.

all you are doing effectively is just taking the screw out of the out side wouldnt change anything

If you loosen off the screws holding down any servo, you'll be able to move it 1-2mm side to side. When you've removed the old mounts and put on the new mounts, the servo has changed position slightly. This is normal.

Would this servo mount fit the T3 2011 chassis??

This servo mount was designed for T3'12.

So, is there a mounting bracket for a transverse servo that would fit the T3 2011 chassis?

You can use the centre servo mount with the 2011 chassis but you will have to drill a hole in the chassis for the inside mounting screw. You will need to use a 2012 chassis (borrowed from one of your friends !!!) as a guide for where to drill the 3mm hole and you will have to countersink the hole on the underside of the chassis so that the mounting screw doesn't protrude.

Most people don't use the nub on the 2012 chassis for the outer servo mount so the fact that the 2011 chassis doesn't have a nub is not a problem. I know it works as I have done it and the car has been raced many times with no problem.

Regarding the movement of the servo during the modification and the need to readjust the steering. This is not a problem. Use your Tx to centralise the steering and adjust the toe out in the normal way. Check your EPA.
