Hello everybody.

Always the diff, oil leak out when runing. I revise all around the pulley, and sometimes in a part is a very little open, and when the car is runing, the oil leak out.

Anyone know what am I doing bad?

Thanks.

Yes I cut a little the o-ring. Perhaps I cut too much. I have to check it.

Thank you.

I've run the Xray gear diff down to 600cst without any leaks.
Make sure you dont over fill them, that you dont tighten the screws too much and when you're building the diff, place the large o-ring on the diff part that holds the gears, not the pulley part (and apply a tiny bit of oil to the o-ring prior to installing.
Should be mint if you follow these tips.
I dont recommend cutting the o-ring, replacing it is much easier and should guarantee a good seal.

My error may be over fill or overtighen the screws. I will try today, and put them if it is my error.

Thank you. Regards.

Replace the o-ring and paper seal. Don't overtighten the screws, and don't overfill the diff. I have had diffs which leaked in the past but I always replaced the o-ring and seal and after that they were fine.
